[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是今年初從(cong)管理學(xue)(xue)院輪崗來(lai)到數創學(xue)(xue)院,但(dan)從(cong)進校伊(yi)始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理工作崗位辛(xin)勤耕耘(yun)九個(ge)年頭,是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)和應對水平(ping)。積極發揮(hui)新媒體(ti)平(ping)臺(tai)在思想(xiang)政(zheng)治教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地(di)(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組(zu)織策劃迎新系列推文、國(guo)慶70周年系列活動(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年說推文等宣傳(chuan)推文,深(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡(huan)迎。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔當,身先士(shi)卒,高度(du)自律。每(mei)(mei)天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)小時(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)離開(kai)辦公室,關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊成員,注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建設,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)專題(ti)研討、團(tuan)隊成員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活(huo)動等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每(mei)(mei)周2次實(shi)地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反饋早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積(ji)(ji)極通過(guo)(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)展(zhan)主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿(su)舍走(zou)訪(fang)4次。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)(ye)和(he)培養(yang)特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動育(yu)人、文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位。同(tong)時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)后進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴要(yao)求(qiu),敢(gan)碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅(luo)馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊建設也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)積(ji)(ji)極傳遞才能讓(rang)新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)建設與(yu)時(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
