[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨(dang)員,數創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責人。雖說是(shi)今(jin)年(nian)初從管理學(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來(lai)到數創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan),但(dan)從進校伊(yi)始,宋李翔(xiang)已(yi)在學(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品格優秀(xiu)、勤勉擔當、經(jing)驗(yan)豐富(fu)的中堅力量。

自(zi)“不(bu)忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以來,宋(song)李翔積極(ji)響應校黨(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)號召(zhao),根據學(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育(yu)統一(yi)部署(shu)和安排,積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生支(zhi)部的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)生日常工作(zuo)(zuo)同部署(shu)、共(gong)落實,找準基(ji)層黨(dang)支(zhi)部建(jian)設(she)的(de)重點(dian),扎實推進各(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開(kai)展,工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)生、貼(tie)近工作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近工作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)生成長成才,展現(xian)了(le)學(xue)生黨(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)(ji)應有(you)的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)敢(gan)于(yu)(yu)擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度自(zi)律。每(mei)天早(zao)(zao)(zao)上提前一(yi)個(ge)小時趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)個(ge)離開辦(ban)公室,關愛團隊(dui)成員(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部建設(she),通過(guo)專(zhuan)題研(yan)討、團隊(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話、團隊(dui)活動(dong)等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實(shi)地檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)(zao)修情況,及(ji)時向(xiang)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早(zao)(zao)(zao)晚修情況。積(ji)極(ji)(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態,及(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自(zi)開展(zhan)主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci),宿舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有(you)針對性的(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)片(pian),將活動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實(shi)到(dao)位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄(qi)引導(dao)教育(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)天建成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團隊(dui)建設(she)也不(bu)是一(yi)朝一(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)通過(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)(yu)律己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與時俱(ju)進(jin),勇(yong)往直前。
