[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特(te)有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位(wei),對(dui)(dui)整個社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),甚而對(dui)(dui)經濟、科研、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明等(deng)方面的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步(bu)起著舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)作用。圖書(shu)館(guan)作為古今中外最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地,肩(jian)負著特(te)別的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和任務。高校圖書(shu)館(guan)在為教學科研服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,更有著直(zhi)接(jie)參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復合式(shi)創新(xin)型高(gao)素質(zhi)高(gao)技能人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型技能人(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切(qie)合技能人(ren)才未來發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化(hua)育人(ren)、復合育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才培養(yang)模式(shi)改革,對職業院校的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)與教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技能人(ren)才培育的(de)(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作(zuo)為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理(li)當主動參與到文化(hua)育人(ren)工作(zuo)中(zhong)。

  從單一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)學科(ke)或專業(ye)(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從適(shi)應崗位(wei)到(dao)工作(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin),從“工具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)以(yi)(yi)人(ren)(ren)為本綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),現代(dai)技能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)念與(yu)(yu)(yu)定(ding)位(wei)有根(gen)本性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)言(yan),自身定(ding)位(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)責(ze)任必(bi)須(xu)進行(xing)變(bian)革。第(di)一(yi),努力拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)(yi)育人(ren)(ren)為中(zhong)(zhong)心開展(zhan)(zhan)資源建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)和服務(wu)(wu)提(ti)升,依復(fu)合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來(lai)采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱(yue)讀環(huan)境,開展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)全程介入(ru)教與(yu)(yu)(yu)學的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程,從而(er)在實踐中(zhong)(zhong)使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延,著力推(tui)動校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。第(di)二(er),著力打(da)造新(xin)(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開,不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)開設(she)(she)(she)問題,更(geng)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)問題,推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),是一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學生(sheng)(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃郁。第(di)三,不斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能。學校(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)十(shi)分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應該根(gen)據時代(dai)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學校(xiao)特(te)色,組織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從不同(tong)角度完善(shan)、充(chong)實、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教學、研究、社會服務(wu)(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學生(sheng)(sheng)全面(mian)成長相(xiang)結合(he),激(ji)勵教師投身于(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中(zhong)(zhong)來(lai)。抓(zhua)住德(de)(de)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育主(zhu)線,用(yong)不同(tong)形(xing)式和方法提(ti)高學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)(de)、職業(ye)(ye)道德(de)(de)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升到(dao)大(da)學精(jing)神(shen),以(yi)(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基(ji)礎,逐步形(xing)成學校(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格(ge)與(yu)(yu)(yu)精(jing)神(shen)內(nei)核,塑造學生(sheng)(sheng),提(ti)升學生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化育人”的人才培養理念,一方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)求圖(tu)書文化升華拓展,衍進(jin)(jin)到書香(xiang)文化,進(jin)(jin)而(er)推動書香(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan),促進(jin)(jin)校(xiao)園(yuan)文化大發展,另一方(fang)面(mian)也從文化建設的角度對圖(tu)書館的具體(ti)工作提出(chu)了新的要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三(san)個轉變(bian),一是(shi)重視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三(san)是(shi)重點(dian)抓好特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色,應(ying)進一步與學校各(ge)部門(men)及(ji)校外單(dan)位合作,加強合作資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職(zhi)業(ye)素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理(li),集中(zhong)(zhong)收藏,建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常(chang)采購中(zhong)(zhong),應(ying)有(you)意識地進行專題(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)(shu)。也可發揮博物館(guan)功能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺產,接受私人專題(ti)藏品,形(xing)成(cheng)專題(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或(huo)特藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現(xian)代圖書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生(sheng),通過(guo)(guo)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人(ren)。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一套基本的(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點團(tuan)隊(dui)在(zai)縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研(yan)活動(dong)中(zhong)對文獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求(qiu),其(qi)次(ci)要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫(fu),引進新(xin)技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊(liao)天群(qun)、手機圖書館、虛擬圖書館等(deng),促(cu)進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)(shi)生最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)聚(ju)集之地。面向(xiang)(xiang)未來(lai)(lai),我們提出(chu)(chu)除了(le)要把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之外,還(huan)要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育中(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)流(liu)、現(xian)代(dai)、新型(xing)(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)。這種轉型(xing)(xing)實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能(neng),不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人(ren)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道。近年來(lai)(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大量(liang)舉辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推(tui)介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比(bi)賽等,保持了(le)館(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通(tong)過教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)讀者協(xie)會(hui),與師(shi)(shi)生建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系(xi)。以(yi)后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)把(ba)館(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)(gao)好搞(gao)(gao)精彩,還(huan)要走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出(chu)(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生的(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
