圖書特有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位,對整個社會的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對經濟、科(ke)研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)進步(bu)起著(zhu)(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖書館作(zuo)為古今(jin)中外最(zui)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地,肩負著(zhu)(zhu)特別的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和任務。高校(xiao)圖書館在為教學科(ke)研服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,更有(you)著(zhu)(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合式創新型(xing)高素質(zhi)高技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)”,是新時期(qi)對職業院(yuan)校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)新要求,符合市場對新型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新變化,也(ye)切合技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復合育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革(ge),對職業院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提出了(le)新的(de)(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明了(le)新型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作(zuo)為傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)文化主體部門(men)、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書(shu)館(guan)理當主動參與(yu)到文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)中。
從單一的(de)(de)(de)專業要(yao)求到(dao)(dao)學(xue)科或專業群要(yao)求,從適應(ying)崗(gang)位到(dao)(dao)工作創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),從“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本綜(zong)合(he)發展(zhan)(zhan),現代(dai)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念與(yu)定(ding)位有根本性(xing)轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)言,自身(shen)定(ding)位與(yu)工作責(ze)任必(bi)須(xu)進行變(bian)革。第(di)一,努力(li)(li)拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)以育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中心開展(zhan)(zhan)資源(yuan)建設(she)和(he)服(fu)務提升,依復合(he)型、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型要(yao)求來(lai)采(cai)購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱(yue)讀環境(jing),開展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,更(geng)要(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可(ke)以全程介(jie)入教與(yu)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個過程,從而(er)在實踐中使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)外延,著力(li)(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第(di)二,著力(li)(li)打造(zao)新(xin)(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園。文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開,不僅是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問(wen)題,更(geng)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境(jing)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問(wen)題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園建設(she),是(shi)(shi)一個重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)讓學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌(mi)漫校(xiao)(xiao)園,使校(xiao)(xiao)園人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)氣息濃(nong)郁(yu)。第(di)三(san),不斷(duan)放大(da)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中,應(ying)該根據時代(dai)需要(yao)、學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色(se),組織(zhi)各方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)量,從不同角度(du)完(wan)善、充(chong)實、放大(da)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)將教學(xue)、研究、社會服(fu)務、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全面成長相結(jie)合(he),激勵教師投身(shen)于文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)中來(lai)。抓住德(de)(de)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)主(zhu)線,用不同形式和(he)方(fang)法提高(gao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)(de)、職業道德(de)(de)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)(de)。要(yao)把(ba)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升到(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)精(jing)神(shen),以文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎(chu),逐步形成學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)風格(ge)與(yu)精(jing)神(shen)內(nei)核,塑造(zao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),提升學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。
文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理(li)念,一方面(mian)(mian)要(yao)求圖(tu)書文化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍進(jin)到(dao)書香文化(hua)(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書香校園,促進(jin)校園文化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,另一方面(mian)(mian)也從文化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)具體(ti)工作提出了新的(de)要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源——夯實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)(you)三(san)個轉(zhuan)變(bian),一是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三(san)是(shi)重點(dian)抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源的(de)針對性(xing)、有(you)(you)效性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進(jin)一步與(yu)(yu)學校各部門及(ji)校外單位合作(zuo),加(jia)強合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)源、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如(ru)職(zhi)業(ye)素養、地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進(jin)行歸納整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫。日(ri)常(chang)采購(gou)中,應有(you)(you)意識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館功(gong)能,收(shou)集地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺(yi)產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現(xian)代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)性,通過服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生(sheng),通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua),日常應(ying)建(jian)立一套基(ji)本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)礎(chu)上,要強化(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師(shi)或重點(dian)團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求,其次要在服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節(jie)、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高(gao),服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)(ji)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)等(deng),促進與讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出(chu)除(chu)了(le)(le)要把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實(shi)現(xian)由(you)傳統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)(xing)。這種轉型(xing)(xing)(xing)實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不(bu)(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)(du)沙龍(long)、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比賽(sai)等(deng),保持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通(tong)過教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立了(le)(le)廣泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要不(bu)(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩(cai),還要走(zou)(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走(zou)(zou)出(chu)校門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。
