學校“專業教學標準1.0版”正式發布

強化標準引領 形成“深職范式”

1月11日,深(shen)(shen)圳職業(ye)技(ji)術學院“專業(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版”正式發布。黨委書記、校長楊欣斌(bin)在本(ben)(ben)學期專業(ye)主(zhu)任(ren)能(neng)力(li)提升培訓班上表示,專業(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)指(zhi)導教(jiao)學實(shi)施的(de)工作指(zhi)南(nan),是(shi)促進專業(ye)內(nei)涵發展(zhan)的(de)根本(ben)(ben)保障,是(shi)檢驗專業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培養的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)基準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),對于促進職業(ye)教(jiao)育高質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)發展(zhan)、提升教(jiao)育教(jiao)學質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)基礎(chu)性作用。學校要(yao)以(yi)“專業(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版”為(wei)基礎(chu),不斷迭(die)代完善(shan)專業(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),并開發課程標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、實(shi)訓實(shi)習標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),技(ji)能(neng)等級證書標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),形成具有(you)世界一(yi)流水準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和深(shen)(shen)職特色的(de)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)體(ti)系(xi),為(wei)打(da)造技(ji)術技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培養高地奠(dian)定堅實(shi)基礎(chu)。

2019—2020學年度,為切實(shi)落實(shi)國家(jia)(jia)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)建(jian)設要求,主動適應粵港(gang)澳大(da)灣區及(ji)深圳(zhen)產業(ye)(ye)發展重大(da)需求,大(da)力(li)推進(jin)數字(zi)化時(shi)代(dai)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)與課程轉型升級,持續(xu)提升人(ren)才培養質(zhi)量,學校(xiao)黨委高度重視、大(da)力(li)推進(jin)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。學校(xiao)兩次(ci)召開教(jiao)學工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)專(zhuan)項會議進(jin)行頂層設計和專(zhuan)題研究,提出(chu)了(le)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)建(jian)設的(de)總體思路和明確要求。校(xiao)領導多(duo)次(ci)主持召開調(diao)度會,及(ji)時(shi)總結標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)研制過(guo)程中的(de)經(jing)驗和存在(zai)的(de)不足。學校(xiao)成立(li)由教(jiao)務(wu)處牽頭的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)建(jian)設辦公室,設置(zhi)五個專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組,聯合一批職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)、一線教(jiao)師、行業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia),共同研制對接國家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)、凸顯(xian)學校(xiao)特色、適應新時(shi)代(dai)技(ji)術技(ji)能人(ren)才培養要求的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。

此項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作歷時一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)有(you)余,大(da)致分為四(si)個階段:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)模板研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)階段(2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue))。教(jiao)(jiao)務處組織有(you)關專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)和電(dian)子信(xin)息工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技術、通信(xin)技術、商務英(ying)語等三個專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)團(tuan)隊,研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)形成了(le)(le)(le)(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準的模板及(ji)樣例。二是(shi)(shi)培訓(xun)(xun)研(yan)討階段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)—4月(yue)(yue))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校出臺(tai)《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準和課程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作指引》《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準和課程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準建(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實施方案》,對專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準的內涵進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)深(shen)入解讀(du)與研(yan)討,對標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)(le)(le)全(quan)面部(bu)署(shu)。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)團(tuan)隊深(shen)入各二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)培訓(xun)(xun)指導(dao)。三是(shi)(shi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準制(zhi)(zhi)訂階段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)—7月(yue)(yue))。在(zai)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)組指導(dao)下,各二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)組織進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準建(jian)設(she)(she)的培訓(xun)(xun)、調研(yan)、研(yan)討與制(zhi)(zhi)訂工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。79個招生專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準制(zhi)(zhi)訂全(quan)部(bu)完成。四(si)是(shi)(shi)審(shen)(shen)定完善階段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)11月(yue)(yue))。通過二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)交(jiao)叉審(shen)(shen)定和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作組專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項審(shen)(shen)定相結(jie)合(he)的方式,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校對各專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)(le)(le)層層審(shen)(shen)核,各專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)依據專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)意見進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)(le)(le)修改完善,形成最終稿(gao)。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準1.0版共分專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)描(miao)述、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)面向、培養目標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)、培養規格(ge)、課程設(she)(she)置及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)時安(an)排、畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)求、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本條件、質量保(bao)障體(ti)系、其(qi)(qi)他事項說明等九大(da)部(bu)分,其(qi)(qi)體(ti)例在(zai)遵循教(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)發布的《高(gao)等職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(試行(xing)(xing)(xing))》的基(ji)礎上,整(zheng)合(he)了(le)(le)(le)(le)相關條目,豐富(fu)了(le)(le)(le)(le)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準內容(rong),各項具體(ti)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)均高(gao)于國家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準,并為專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)提供(gong)彈(dan)性(xing)空間,力求凸顯(xian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)(she)的個性(xing)化、特(te)色化,較好地體(ti)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)數字經濟背景下專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)(she)的時代性(xing)、先進(jin)性(xing)和高(gao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準。

同時,根據專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)標準(zhun)1.0版(ban),教(jiao)務處組織制訂(ding)了2020級人才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)方(fang)(fang)案,選(xuan)編了71門(men)課程標準(zhun)。隨著產業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)升級步(bu)伐加快和職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育高質量(liang)發(fa)展的新(xin)要(yao)求,在(zai)人才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)模(mo)式改革、產教(jiao)融(rong)合、課程設(she)置(zhi)、“雙師”隊伍建設(she)、“1+ X”證書開發(fa)、教(jiao)材與(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)資源建設(she)、專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)質量(liang)評(ping)價、國際化(hua)發(fa)展等方(fang)(fang)面,各專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)還要(yao)進一步(bu)深(shen)入調研,不斷強化(hua)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內涵挖掘與(yu)研究,持續迭(die)代完善(shan)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)標準(zhun),為(wei)人才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)方(fang)(fang)案修訂(ding)、課程標準(zhun)制訂(ding)提供(gong)科學(xue)的引領,為(wei)學(xue)校轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)發(fa)展、創(chuang)新(xin)發(fa)展、高質量(liang)發(fa)展奠定堅實的基(ji)礎。
