為深(shen)入推進學(xue)校(xiao)數字化轉(zhuan)型,高質量落實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設各項任務(wu),6月(yue)28日,深(shen)圳職(zhi)業(ye)技術學(xue)院舉行(xing)黨(dang)委理論(lun)學(xue)習中心組(擴大)學(xue)習會,特別邀請全國政協委員、中國職(zhi)業(ye)技術教(jiao)育學(xue)會會長、教(jiao)育部原副(fu)部長魯昕在京(jing)聯線,作題為《人工智能與經(jing)濟學(xue):“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設全新領域的全面建(jian)設》專題報告。會議由校(xiao)黨(dang)委書(shu)記(ji)、校(xiao)長楊欣斌主持。
習(xi)近平總書記高度(du)重(zhong)視(shi)人工智(zhi)能發展,認為“人工智(zhi)能是(shi)引領新(xin)(xin)一輪科技革(ge)命和產業變(bian)革(ge)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)驅(qu)動力”,“把握全球人工智(zhi)能發展態勢,找準突破口和主攻方向(xiang),培養大(da)批具有創新(xin)(xin)能力和合作精神的(de)人工智(zhi)能高端人才是(shi)教育的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使命”。

魯(lu)昕列舉了(le)人(ren)(ren)社部發(fa)布的數(shu)(shu)字經濟背(bei)景下(xia)市場需求迫切的39個(ge)新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),通(tong)過分(fen)析新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、新知識、新技(ji)術、新技(ji)能(neng),突顯出(chu)工作場景變化(hua)對“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建設(she)提出(chu)的要求。最后,魯(lu)昕通(tong)過對工信部人(ren)(ren)才交流中心發(fa)布的《工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才崗位能(neng)力要求》分(fen)析,展(zhan)示(shi)了(le)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)方向(xiang)41個(ge)崗位的4項能(neng)力要求,系統總結了(le)人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)對高(gao)等教育(yu)動手能(neng)力數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)和(he)實訓基地虛(xu)擬化(hua)轉型的呼喚。
魯昕希望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)區(qu)”建設的(de)背景(jing)下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建設的(de)過程中(zhong)(zhong),深職院(yuan)作(zuo)為(wei)“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”,要充分探討如何在(zai)粵港(gang)澳大灣區(qu)的(de)政策環境(jing)、在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)一(yi)代信息技術的(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)文化、在(zai)深職院(yuan)的(de)工科特(te)色中(zhong)(zhong)發揮積極作(zuo)用(yong),構(gou)建新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)知識體系,構(gou)建新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)課程體系,顛覆(fu)專業結構(gou),培養復(fu)合性人才,成為(wei)名副其(qi)實(shi)的(de)世界一(yi)流(liu)職業技術學(xue)院(yuan)。
楊(yang)欣斌在(zai)總結(jie)中表示(shi),魯昕會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)報告站位高遠、視野開(kai)闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明(ming)、素(su)材豐(feng)富,聚焦問(wen)題、貼近實際,特別是(shi)結(jie)合(he)我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)、專(zhuan)業設(she)置和產教(jiao)融(rong)合(he)的(de)(de)情況提出具(ju)體(ti)的(de)(de)指導意(yi)(yi)見,對(dui)于(yu)推動學(xue)校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉型,落實好(hao)“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she),科學(xue)謀劃“十四五”期間的(de)(de)思路和舉措(cuo),具(ju)有重要的(de)(de)指導意(yi)(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌要求各(ge)單位深(shen)刻領會(hui)(hui)、深(shen)入(ru)研究魯昕會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)報告精神,結(jie)合(he)實際抓好(hao)貫徹(che)落實,努力在(zai)“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)中走在(zai)前列,爭當職(zhi)業教(jiao)育創(chuang)新發展(zhan)的(de)(de)先行者(zhe)。
